As a junior researcher, I am happy to support the Marketing & Relationship Management department with research and teaching activities.
As a nature-loving Pongau resident, I moved away from the mountains for my studies in 2015. I studied business administration at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and focused on marketing and logistics. In 2017, I spent my semester abroad at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, Canada. I completed my practical semester in 2018 at Interspar in Salzburg in the area of e-commerce – a topic that was also part of my thesis. In 2018, I continued my master’s degree in business administration at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Financial Risk Management. With my participation at the study trip to Silicon Valley in 2019 I was also able to gain insights into the world of innovation, the philosophy of risk-taking and the “entrepreneurial spirit” before I spent my last semester abroad in Rome, Italy.
In the winter semester 2020 I will teach the students the development of digitization and innovation management in the course “Open Innovation”. The open innovation approach is currently gaining importance in the digital economy and crisis management.
I’m looking forward to an exciting work experience at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences!
