Stephanie Unterberger

Grown up in St. Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut, I moved to Salzburg at the age of 19 to start my studies. After five years as a business administration student at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, I am now looking forward to the teaching perspective in the lecture halls.

I deepened my knowledge in the field of Marketing & Service Management and gained professional experience at zooom productions GmbH, an advertising and communication agency in Fuschl am See. After completing my bachelor’s degree in 2017, I started my work as a student assistant at the Marketing & Relationship Management department. I worked on various research projects and was responsible for online marketing activities. In addition, the study trip to Silicon Valley gave me interesting insights into the corporate culture, venture capital, entrepreneurship and innovation management of global players and the start-up scene. Beside to the excursion to San Francisco, I studied one semester abroad at the Tampere University of Applied Science in Finland and got to know the Finnish campus and working culture.

As a junior lecturer, I will be teaching the “Basics of Marketing” course at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and will develop together with the students the basic concepts, tasks, instruments and functions of operational and strategic marketing.

I am look forward to working and interacting with the students!
