“The hybrid customer” – how should entrepreneurs deal with them? – That was the motto of the Marketing Forum Salzburg, which took place for the first time under a new name (previously Salzburg Marketing Symposium) at the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg, Campus Urstein, of the business administration course.

In the winter of 2016, everything at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences revolved around today’s customers, who adapt their shopping process to their own needs: shopping is done both offline and online; Premium or luxury products end up in the shopping basket just like regional products.
