Module 4: mentorship and resilience
At the beginning of the module there is an exciting impulse from renowned people from science and practice, before the participants split up into the break-out sessions depending on their area of interest. After the break-out session, all participants can make new contacts as part of speed networking and find their match for future corporate cooperation.
For for-profit companies:
Mentorship: requirements, expectations and value for your own company
The last module in the workshop series offers a structured approach and tools for self-reflection, which enables participants to explore their motivations and key factors in corporate collaborations. At the end of the module, the participants can create a partner profile for the acquisition of cooperation partners and identify areas of cooperation for their own and other companies in order to establish or support strategic partnerships.

For social entrepreneurs / social start-ups / NGOs:
Resilience and mentorship models: requirements, expectations and value for one’s own company
While the previous modules were primarily about gaining knowledge and tools, the last module is all about self-reflection. The participants reflect on their own motivations for working with other companies and identify areas of cooperation.
The main focus here is on how partnerships with companies and stakeholders can increase the resilience of an organization. At the end of the module the participants can create a partner profile for the acquisition of cooperation partners and reflect on and represent their own role and that of their organization in establishing strategic partnerships.
