Rising urbanization, the loss of nature experiences, demographic change and the rise of diseases are leading to growing demand in health tourism. The Innovation Service for Salzburg (ITG) and its partners extended their invitation to the Alpine health conference “Healing Power of the Alps” in St. Johann im Pongau on May 5th and 6th. Robert Zniva from the department of marketing and relationship management of the business administration degree program of the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, who spoke as the key note speaker on the subject of “Older consumers in trade and marketing” was also present. In addition to interesting workshops on various topics of health tourism, there were also exciting discussions with colleagues from the LMU Munich, Munich University of Applied Sciences, and Paracelsus University Salzburg.
